Durante este tiempo, se hizo evidente que brindarles a los estudiantes apoyo continuo de salud mental durante el d\u00eda escolar era la forma m\u00e1s efectiva para que Impact on Education apoyara su recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde enero de 2022, hemos trabajado en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el personal de BVSD para continuar brindando este nivel adicional de apoyo, que incluye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>proporcionar fondos para cuatro defensores de la salud mental (MHA) de BVSD adicionales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apoyando la creaci\u00f3n del primer Centro de Bienestar de escuela secundaria de BVSD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El primer centro de bienestar de BVSD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En Monarch High School, donde 1 de cada 10 estudiantes se vio afectado por el incendio de Marshall, se cre\u00f3 un Centro de Bienestar para apoyar a los estudiantes en agosto de 2022. Con un consejero de tiempo completo, el Centro de Bienestar brinda a los estudiantes un lugar seguro para recargar energ\u00edas y hablar con un profesional capacitado durante la jornada escolar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impacto del Centro de Bienestar<\/strong><br><em>Agosto \u2013 Diciembre 2022<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4.000 visitas de estudiantes en total<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>585 estudiantes individuales visitados (38% de estudiantes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>62% femenino, 27% masculino, 11% estudiantes no binarios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>17% seniors, 22% juniors, 30% segundo a\u00f1o,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estudiantes de primer a\u00f1o de 31%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n especial 30%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo los defensores de la salud mental est\u00e1n apoyando a los estudiantes y las familias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los defensores de la salud mental (MHA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) se enfocan exclusivamente en la salud mental y conductual, y complementan lo que los consejeros escolares de BVSD pueden brindar.
