Crocs generously committed to providing a new pair of Crocs shoes to every student, educator and staff member within the Boulder Valley School District. The information and forms below are to help schools plan for distribution.

For non-school-based staff, we’ll be sending out communications and forms soon!

INFORMATION

Your form

Each school should have a form in the right side column for collecting sizes from students and staff.

If your school is missing, you want to make changes (add fields, add Spanish translations, etc.) to your form, or need edit access for staff or parent leaders, please email Catherine Wessling.

Helpful tips for collecting sizes
needed by April 8, 2022

All remaining schools will have their Crocs shoes delivered directly to your school by the BVSD Warehouse team (with the exception of our four remaining large high schools).

In order to get your shipment in the queue with Crocs, you must have at least 80% of the sizes for your students and staff collected.

Once you’ve collected sizes, email Terri Mulfold to schedule your Crocs shipment.

Distribution planning

Please let Terri Mulfold know if you have a desired date for your Crocs event and she will verify that Crocs and the BVSD warehouse team are able to get the shoes delivered in time. Crocs needs at least a two week lead time.

There are multiple ways to distribute these donated shoes to the students and staff at your school:

  • School-wide event — For a few hours at a central location at your school, set up stations sorted by size and have students and staff come through and select their Crocs.
  • Deliver by classroom — once your shoes are delivered, sort the shipment by your classrooms and distribute through teachers.
  • Distribution week — once your shoes are delivered, set them up in a common space and ask students and staff to stop by once during the week to pick up their shoes.
