TIME CHANGE FOR BVSD FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Due to the weather forecast, we have decided to move up the time of distribution of food bags tomorrow(Thursday, March 19) at the nine distribution sites to 10:00am-1:00pm.

Volunteers

Thank you for helping! Students who receive free and reduced lunch in BVSD and participate in the Weekend Bag program are counting on us. Please join Impact on Education and help assemble bags for or distribute food to families in need. MUST BE 15 or older. Sign up to volunteer here.

If you have committed to a shift, please download and complete the Volunteer Waiver and bring to your shift.

Please note: We are working with the district to ensure that the needs of our most vulnerable families during this time of school closure are being met.  However, we also need to make sure that we are practicing social distancing and listening to the Health Department’s recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among our volunteers.  We have had to limit the number of volunteers for each need and location.

We will open new volunteer slots as they become available.
