Help students find their path for education
Give From Your Donor-Advised Fund
Recommending a grant from your donor-advised fund is one of the easiest ways to make a lasting impact on students in our district.
If you have a donor-advised fund (DAF) with a sponsoring organization like Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, or a community foundation like Community Foundation Boulder County, you can recommend a grant to Impact on Education directly from your fund — no need to write a check or use a credit card.
BENEFITS OF GIVING THROUGH YOUR DAF
- Your DAF assets are already set aside for charitable giving, so a grant doesn’t affect your take-home income
- Grants can be recommended in minutes, and many sponsoring organizations offer one-click giving through DAF Direct or similar tools
- You avoid capital gains tax if your fund was funded with appreciated stock, and you already received your tax deduction when you contributed to the fund
- You can set up recurring grant recommendations so your support continues automatically each year or quarter
You can help students find their path for education.
