Impact on Education is a nonprofit foundation supporting nearly 28,000 students and 4,000 educators across 56 public schools in Boulder Valley School District (BVSD). At IOE, we run programs and also fund programs run by the school district.
IOE programs:
- Career readiness workshops
- Educator grants to support grade-level learning, well-being and belonging, and awareness and access of postgraduate opportunities
- Postgraduate scholarships
- Back-to-school supplies
- Educator recognition
BVSD programs funded by IOE:
- Early childhood education fee waivers
- Summer learning for rising kindergartners
- Credit recovery for high school students
- Wellness centers staffed by mental health professionals in high schools
- Fee waivers for concurrent enrollment, career and technical education, and tests for college credit
We are a small team of passionate, driven, and dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of students. You’ll be part of a fun and flexible environment, with a team that loves to collaborate. We believe a positive work environment is essential to success and strive to create a space where everyone feels valued and appreciated. If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity that will strengthen the ability of BVSD to deliver excellent and equitable public education to students, we encourage you to apply to join our team.
